Misthi Dahi Racipe: Yogurt is not only beneficial for health, but the dishes made from it are also very tasty. Especially in the summer season, its intake is considered very good. Material
Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
Chinese – 1 cup
Curd (for the era) – 2 tablespoons
Method
1-First of all, cook the milk on low flame till thick. When the milk remains about half, add sugar to it and cook it till it dissolves well.
2-Cool the milk until lukewarm (not too hot, otherwise yogurt can burst). Now add curd and whisk well.
3-Insert it in an earthen pot or bowl and cover it and keep it on a warm place for 6-8 hours. When the mishti two freezes, cool it in the fridge and then serve.
4-By setting in a pot of mates, it brings special fragrance and taste. And if you want, a different taste can be found by using jaggery instead of sugar.
