Remarkable progress in diverse sectors such as systematic infrastructure, green development, education, health, IT, tourism, and women's empowerment has made Nava Raipur an ideal urban model for the future of India. It is not just an administrative capital, but an emerging hub of investment, innovation, and inclusive development. *Major Achievements in Smart Infrastructure and Urban Services* Nava Raipur Atal Nagar has ensured long-term water supply to the entire city through a 52 MLD capacity pipeline and a state-of-the-art water treatment plant. This will meet the needs of the current population as well as the newly developing sectors. To promote rainwater conservation and groundwater recharge, 10.66 kilometers of bioswales, recharge pits, and natural drainage systems have been developed. These initiatives have not only strengthened water conservation but also reinforced the city's environmental balance. *New Dimension to Transport and Connectivity* The extension of the Raipur-Rajim rail service to the CBD station of Nava Raipur is giving new momentum to the city's connectivity. The Pink e-rickshaw service has been launched to promote safe commuting and self-employment for women. Additionally, the necessary charging infrastructure for e-bus operations is ready, and the service is in the final stages of commencement. This initiative is a significant step towards green and sustainable urban transport. *EduCity Being Developed in the Field of Education* 13 cooperative schools in Nava Raipur have been upgraded, and two higher secondary schools have been developed as smart schools. EduCity is being developed over an area of approximately 200 acres, where land has been allocated to national-level institutions like the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), and the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Narsee Monjee. Furthermore, the establishment of a residential school on 17 acres of land in Sector-7 is proposed. *MediCity: A New Hub for Healthcare Services* With the aim of promoting medical tourism, a world-class MediCity is being developed over an area of approximately 500 acres. Super specialty hospitals, medical colleges, nursing colleges, diagnostic centers, dharamshalas, hotels, and residential facilities will be developed here. Under this project, land has been allocated to Bombay Hospital for a 300-bed super specialty hospital. Additionally, plots for residential development on approximately 50 acres of land have been allocated to private investors, with potential investment of around 350 crore rupees. *Women's Empowerment and Labor Welfare* A working women's hostel with a capacity of 1,000 is being constructed at a cost of 109 crore rupees for working women. This project will strengthen women's safety, convenience, and self-reliance. In addition, a well-equipped labor housing building with a capacity of 1,100 is being prepared at a cost of 40 crore rupees for migrant workers. *Emerging as a Destination for Tourism, Culture, and MICE* Sevagram on 77 acres of land and the Art of Living Foundation on 40 acres of land in Sector-39 have been allocated in Nava Raipur, where major centers for cultural and community activities are being developed. A Convention Center cum Sports City is being developed in Sector-4 and 10 over an area of approximately 120 acres through private investment. This project, worth approximately 800 crore rupees, will include a world-class convention center and sports facilities such as tennis, swimming, wrestling, archery, and squash. *Emerging Hub for Semiconductor, Electronics, and IT* Chhattisgarh's first SEZ-based AI Data Center Park is being established in Nava Raipur, with an expected private investment of approximately 4,000 crore rupees. Land has also been allocated for the establishment of India's first GaN technology-based semiconductor plant here. Along with this, approval has been received from the Government of India for an Electronic Common Facility Center (CFC), where modern facilities like PCB prototyping, 3D printing, and EMC testing will be available. Furnished office spaces have been provided to IT companies on a plug-and-play model in the CBD area. Currently, about 1,000 youth are employed, with a potential to create an additional 2,000 jobs. *Sustainable Development and Green Initiatives* Under the "People for People" campaign, more than 1 lakh saplings have been planted, which has helped in conserving and expanding the city's green cover by 26 percent. Measures like bioswales, recharge systems, and green corridors are establishing Nava Raipur as an environment-friendly and water-sensitive city. *Authority's Upcoming Action Plan* The Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority is working on several ambitious projects in the coming years to make the city more modern and investment-attractive: Infrastructure development costing 800 crore rupees over approximately 1,100 acres in the Serikhedi and Mandirhsaud areas. Formation of a special authority for the integrated development of the State Capital Region (SCR). Expansion of MediCity over 500 acres and EduCity over 200 acres. Establishing Nava Raipur as an IT, ITeS, and AI Hub. Increasing the annual capital expenditure capacity to 1,000 crore rupees. Encouraging private investment in wellness centers, wedding destinations, MICE capitals, and tourism projects. Modern infrastructure development in affected Gram Panchayats based on village development plans. Technical upgradation of the Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC). Operation of 40 new e-buses to strengthen public transport. *New Capital, Identity of New India* Nava Raipur Atal Nagar has today become a strong example of planned development, modern facilities, and sustainable urbanization.
