This 111-room hotel will be developed as a brownfield project. For this, IHCL has partnered with ECHT Ventures.

Finance and Housing & Environment Minister Mr. OP Choudhary said that the arrival of Ginger Hotel in Nava Raipur will give new strength to the city's rapidly developing business and hospitality ecosystem. He said that with the expansion of world-class institutions, investment projects, and corporate activities, the demand for quality accommodation and hospitality facilities is also increasing. He said that the state government's effort is to provide a modern and convenient ecosystem for entrepreneurs investing in Nava Raipur and delegates coming here from India and abroad. Ginger Nava Raipur Will Be Equipped With Modern Facilities

The proposed Ginger Nava Raipur will have 111 rooms. The hotel will feature facilities such as spacious and modern rooms, Ginger's signature all-day dining restaurant Qmin, meeting rooms, and a fitness center. It will be developed keeping in mind the needs of business travelers as well as travelers coming to Nava Raipur for tourism and leisure.
