A shocking incident has occurred in the Jagargunda police station area of Sukma. Naxalites brutally murdered a Shikshadut (education messenger) in Mandimarka, Silger. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Lakshman Barse, a resident of Pegdapalli village in Bijapur district, who was working as a Shikshadut in Silger. According to reports, the Naxalites attacked Lakshman with a sharp-edged weapon this evening, leading to his immediate death. Family members who intervened during the attack were also assaulted. The incident has created an atmosphere of terror in the entire area. Local police have confirmed the incident, stating that detailed information will be shared officially soon. Security forces are currently conducting a search operation in the area. This act once again highlights the increasing violent activities of the Naxalites, deepening the fear among the villagers.
