In a shocking incident in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, Naxals brutally murdered a villager named Pujari Madkam Bhima. The attackers dragged Bhima out of his home in the Usur police station area and killed him with an axe in front of his family. The Naxals accused him of being a police informant. The event has caused widespread distress in the region. Bhima was at home with his family when the attack occurred. Approximately four to five Naxals, dressed in plain clothes, arrived at his house late at night. They dragged Madkam out of the house in front of his family, brutally assaulted him, and then killed him with an axe before fleeing the scene.
