A shocking case has emerged from the Kharsia police station area of Raigarh district, where four members of a family were found dead under suspicious circumstances. The bodies were discovered buried in the backyard of their home in the village of Thusekela, sending shockwaves through the local community. Police investigations have led to a major breakthrough, with the arrest of a neighbor, Lokeshwar Patel, as the main suspect. Patel has a history of violence and has previously served time in a Uttar Pradesh jail for a prior murder conviction. Preliminary investigations suggest that the motive behind the murders of Budhram Sidar, his wife Sahodara, their daughter Shivangi, and their son Arvind was a combination of land disputes and personal enmity. It’s understood that the deceased had filed a complaint against the suspect’s son, and that the suspect himself was embroiled in disputes regarding land grabbing and the theft of paddy from the deceased’s property. The authorities have stated that the suspect’s actions stemmed from a long-standing feud, and a thorough investigation is underway to uncover the complete truth.
