Smiling Bastar Workshop Trains 100 Students in Cartoon Skills

Under the Smiling Bastar program, a special cartoon-training session was organised for about 100 students from various government schools across Bastar division, including Jagdalpur. Renowned cartoonists from across the country taught participants drawing techniques, satire, visual communication and ways to channel imagination onto paper while encouraging positive attitudes toward social topics.
