In a recent development, Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI) who were stationed in the line in the Janjgir-Champa district have been transferred. Police Superintendent Vijay Kumar Pandey issued the orders regarding the same on Friday. According to the order, one Sub-Inspector and four Assistant Sub-Inspectors have been assigned to different police stations. These include Sub-Inspector Bhawani Singh Chauhan, now posted at Janjgir police station; Assistant Sub-Inspector Jaynandan Kumar Marble, assigned to BamhniDeeh police station; Assistant Sub-Inspector Sunil Kumar Tagore, now at Baloda police station; and Assistant Sub-Inspector Mohammad Mubeen Sheikh, assigned to Akaltara police station. With these transfers, the police department has reassigned officers who were stationed in the line for an extended period, placing them on active duty. A copy of the SP’s order has also been released, detailing all the transfers.
