Ambikapur. The annual two-day provincial convention and tenth Agra Alankaran Ceremony-2026 of the Chhattisgarh Provincial Agarwal Organization will be organized in Ambikapur on September 19 and 20 this year in a very grand and dignified manner. Shri Agarwal Sabha Ambikapur and Surguja Divisional Agarwal Mahasabha will jointly host this historic event. Preparations for the event have begun on a war footing, and members from all districts, tehsils, women's and youth units, as well as senior members and representatives of the community from across the state have been urged to ensure their participation soon.

Shri Sanjay Mittal, President of Shri Agarwal Sabha Ambikapur, and Shri Sanjay Agarwal, General Secretary, jointly stated that the Chhattisgarh Provincial Agarwal Organization has been successfully operating numerous innovative service projects for societal welfare and public good for many years. These include the Shri Agrasen Interest-Free Higher Education Loan Scheme, Shri Agrasen Shared Stove Scheme, Mangal Parinay Yojana, Free Mass Marriage Scheme for Girls, Shri Agrasen Girl Marriage Assistance Scheme, Agra Alankaran, Blood Donation and Medical Assistance Campaign, among other service activities. They said that organizing this provincial convention in the Surguja region will infuse social awareness, organizational activism, and new energy throughout the area, further strengthening the unity of the community.

Shri Pawan Agarwal (Pathalgaon), President of Surguja Divisional Agarwal Mahasabha, Shri Manoj Agarwal, Divisional Youth President, and Shri Sunil Agarwal (Bobby) and Shri Mukesh Agarwal, Divisional General Secretaries, said that the tenth Agra Alankaran Ceremony being organized this year will be a historic occasion to honor the talents of the community. They said that when a talent is honored, it is not just one individual, but their family, community, and the entire region that feels proud. Such honors inspire the new generation towards excellence, service, leadership, and social responsibility, and create a positive competitive and creative environment in society.

Dr. Ashok Agarwal, Provincial President of the Chhattisgarh Provincial Agarwal Organization, said that this convention to be held in Ambikapur will not just be an organizational program, but a grand confluence of the social, cultural, and ideological aspects of the Agarwal community of the entire state. He said that the arrival of community members from across the state in a region as naturally and culturally rich as Surguja will further strengthen kinship ties, increase mutual affection, and infuse new strength into the community's cultural heritage and social harmony. He expressed confidence that this convention will prove to be a milestone for organizational expansion, social coordination, and future planning.

Jaydev Singhal, Patron; Ashok Modi, Chairman; Rajendra Agarwal (Raju) and Sunil Ramdas Agarwal, Provincial Working Presidents; Sanjay Agarwal Raipur, Provincial General Secretary; Subhash Goyal (Ambikapur), Provincial Senior Vice President; Dr. Anita Mohanlal Agarwal, Provincial Women's President; and Ashish Sexaria, Provincial Youth President, informed that more than 300 representatives from across the state will participate in the convention. These will include presidents and general secretaries of various Agarwal Sabhas, officials of district and tehsil units, representatives of women's and youth wings, and senior and distinguished members of the community.

They informed that the convention will commence on September 19 at 11:00 AM with the lighting of lamps and Vedic chanting. Following this, discussion sessions on various topics will be organized at scheduled intervals. There will be detailed discussions on the Women's Wing, Youth Wing, organizational expansion, service projects, social challenges, education, health, economic empowerment, and future action plans. An open dialogue session will also be held, where representatives from across the state will share their suggestions and experiences.

The most attractive and prestigious event of the convention will be the tenth "Agra Alankaran Ceremony–2026", where distinguished personalities of the community will be honored. On this occasion, 18 distinguished talents who have made remarkable and outstanding contributions in various fields of Chhattisgarh will be honored. Selected talents will be awarded a samman rashi (honorarium) of ₹11,000, a certificate of honor, titles like Agra Gaurav, Agra Bhushan, Agra Shiromani, a letter of honor, and an attractive memento. This honor will be dedicated to individuals who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in fields such as social service, education, medicine, industry, trade, literature, culture, sports, administration, women's empowerment, youth leadership, and other diverse areas.

They informed that the entire event is being organized under the patronage of Shri Rajesh Agarwal, Culture Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Shri Siyaram Agarwal, Chief Patron, and patrons Shri Jaydev Singhal, Shri Mahendra Sexaria, Shri Prahlad Rai Agarwal (PRA Group), and Shri Mulchand Agarwal. The community will also soon invite the Honorable Governor, the Honorable Chief Minister, and the Honorable Speaker of the Assembly, along with other distinguished guests, as chief guests and special guests.

Finally, the organizers urged all members of the Agarwal community from across the state to participate with their families in this historic convention, stating that this event will be instrumental in determining the future direction of the organization, giving new impetus to service activities, honoring talents, and making the community more organized, prosperous, and empowered. This provincial convention, held on the holy land of Ambikapur, will undoubtedly be remembered as a golden chapter in the history of the Agarwal community of Chhattisgarh.
