The University Grants Commission (UGC) has publicized a list of 54 private universities across various states that have failed to provide information requested under Section 13 of the UGC Act, 1956. These universities have neither submitted the required details to the commission nor made them public on their websites. Among the listed institutions are three prominent private universities from Chhattisgarh: Anjanya University, Raipur; Dev Sanskriti University, Sankara Kumhari; and Maharishi Management and Technology University, Bilaspur.
