Following the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) raid at former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s residence in Bhilai, the Youth Congress staged a strong protest. The ED’s actions sparked outrage among Congress workers. The Youth Congress demonstrated against the arrest of Chaitanya Baghel, son of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, by burning an effigy of the Enforcement Directorate in Bhilai. They issued a warning, demanding an end to the misuse of the ED. The Youth Congress stated that if the misuse continues, they will घेराव (surround) the residences of the Chief Minister and Home Minister.
