Paswan predicted further losses for the Congress in states like Assam and Bengal following the Bihar elections. In contrast, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav supported Gandhi’s concerns, alleging that constitutional institutions are being undermined by the BJP under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule. Yadav claimed that the BJP’s IT cell anticipates election schedules, suggesting a lack of impartiality within these institutions. Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi had previously criticized the ECI’s response to his allegations regarding Maharashtra polls.
