Congress Accused of ‘Reel Politics’ as Voters Favor BJP in Rajasthan

Rohan Gupta blamed Congress for what he termed “reel‑style politics,” accusing the party of making lofty promises without grounding them in real work. He referenced the Rajasthan municipal polls where the BJP’s grassroots campaign outperformed Congress, which, according to Gupta, relied on exaggerated rhetoric rather than concrete outreach.

Gupta highlighted the difference between the two parties, stating that while the BJP has delivered on 78 percent of its stated commitments, Congress continues to repeat slogans about “students’ resonance” without addressing the actual concerns raised by youth across the country. He dismissed Congress’s claims as “propaganda,” urging voters to look at the record of governance rather than empty slogans.
