Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has criticized the residence of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, drawing comparisons to a five-star hotel, dubbing it the ‘Sheesh Mahal.’ In an interview, Sirsa also addressed the criticism regarding the renovation costs of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta’s official residence. He highlighted the luxurious features of Kejriwal’s residence, including high-cost toilet seats and remotely operated curtains. Sirsa stated that the Delhi CM Rekha Gupta is living in a normal house, with renovation expenses around Rs 50 lakh. Sirsa also commented on the proposed renovation plan for Rekha Gupta’s residence, including electrical and interior fittings. The plan includes five televisions, fourteen air conditioners, fourteen CCTV cameras, and a UPS system.
