Sources have revealed disturbing details about Dr. Shaheen, who is allegedly orchestrating a sophisticated terror network aimed at recruiting and training vulnerable Muslim girls and women to become human bombs. Investigations uncovered crucial information from deleted WhatsApp chats, exposing plans for deadly attacks under the codename ‘Mujahid Jangju’.
Dr. Shaheen reportedly targeted young girls aged 14-18 and women who were divorced or estranged from their families, identifying them as prime candidates for radicalization. Her role was central to identifying and training these individuals for missions codenamed ‘Mission Kafir’.
The network, described as extensive, spanned multiple cities in Uttar Pradesh, with Dr. Shaheen organizing teams of five doctors each, led by operatives known as ‘HOD’ (Head of Department). Strict communication protocols were enforced to maintain secrecy, operating on a sleeper cell strategy where teams remained unaware of each other’s activities. Evidence also suggests links to Pakistan-based Jaish commanders, including exchanges of bomb-making videos and coordinated terror training.
Furthermore, authorities have uncovered significant financial irregularities. Suspicious banking transactions linked to Dr. Shaheen and associates like Dr. Adil, Dr. Arif, and Dr. Parvez total over 40 crore rupees over seven years. Coded small amounts, often with an added rupee for signaling, suggest a complex funding operation for terror activities. This intricate web highlights the depth of the conspiracy and Dr. Shaheen’s alleged role in exploiting vulnerable individuals for extremist purposes.
