Authorities believe the blast originated in the basement of the building, likely caused by a buildup of concentrated methane within the septic tank. Emergency services, including ambulances and fire brigades, swiftly responded to the scene to provide aid. The injured were promptly transported to the hospital for medical treatment. The force of the explosion was considerable, with reports indicating that parts of the building and human remains were found up to 100 meters away. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken note of the incident and directed officials to expedite relief operations.
