Festivities marking Ganga Dussehra reached a melodious high point in Ujjain when the Indian Navy Band performed an enthralling set at Ramghat. The two-day Shipra Tirtha Parikrama drew massive crowds who watched Chief Minister Mohan Yadav lead rituals at the riverbank. In his address, Yadav praised the state’s ongoing drive to conserve water bodies, crediting public cooperation for the completion of over two lakh works that have placed Madhya Pradesh at the forefront of national conservation efforts.
