Oil marketing companies have announced a price reduction for commercial LPG gas cylinders, offering relief to consumers. The price cut amounts to a reduction of up to 51 rupees. This decrease specifically applies to 19-kilogram commercial gas cylinders.
Following this change, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders in Delhi will be 1580 rupees. Previously, the price in Delhi was 1631.50 rupees. The new rates come into effect today, September 1st.
The adjustments in LPG gas cylinder prices are aimed at benefiting consumers. The price of the 19-kilogram commercial LPG gas cylinder has been reduced by 51.50 rupees starting today. In Delhi, the retail selling price for the 19-kilogram commercial LPG cylinder will be 1580 rupees from September 1st. There is no change in the prices of 14.2-kilogram domestic cylinders.
Since January 1, 2025, there have been consistent price cuts for 19-kilogram commercial gas cylinders, excluding March. On January 1st, there was a reduction of 14.50 rupees. This was followed by a 7-rupee reduction in February.
However, on March 1st, prices did increase by 6 rupees. Subsequently, on April 1st, a significant reduction of 41 rupees was implemented for commercial gas cylinders. Further reductions of 14 rupees on May 1st and 24 rupees on June 1st were made. On July 1st, a major reduction of 58.50 rupees was announced for commercial gas cylinders. This was followed by another reduction of 33.50 rupees on August 1st. Prices have now been reduced again.
