Union Home Minister Amit Shah honored the soldiers involved in Operation Mahadev in Delhi. This operation resulted in the neutralization of terrorists involved in the Pahalgam terror attack. Addressing the troops, Amit Shah stated that the soldiers have demonstrated to the world that terrorists, regardless of their strategies, can no longer harm India and escape.
Commending the success of Operation Mahadev, Home Minister Amit Shah extended congratulations from Prime Minister Modi and the entire nation to all security forces for strengthening the sense of security among the citizens.
He emphasized that at a time when tourism in Kashmir was at its peak, an attempt was made to derail the ‘Kashmir Mission’ through the Pahalgam attack. While Operation Sindoor brought satisfaction, Operation Mahadev transformed that satisfaction into confidence. Operations Sindoor and Mahadev have conveyed to the masterminds of terror the consequences of playing with the lives of Indian citizens.
Home Minister Amit Shah highlighted that the foundation of India’s aspiration to achieve a top position in every field globally is the confidence in security. The NIA’s FSL has technically proven that the terrorists killed in Operation Mahadev were indeed responsible for the atrocities in Pahalgam. The soldiers have shown the world that terrorists, no matter how they change their methods and strategies, cannot escape after harming India.
He added that along with the army and paramilitary forces, the Jammu and Kashmir Police is now also at the forefront of the fight against terrorism. There was joy, enthusiasm, and a sense of appreciation for the security forces in both Operation Sindoor and Mahadev, regardless of political affiliations.
