The Indian government’s ministries, previously spread across various buildings in Delhi, will now operate from a single complex. The Kartavya Bhavan is under construction on both sides of Kartavya Path. As part of the Central Vista Project, 10 such buildings are planned for central ministries and departments, with three already completed. Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to inaugurate these three buildings on August 6th and will address a public gathering on Kartavya Path at 6:30 PM. Kartavya Bhavan 3, a modern office complex, spans approximately 1.5 lakh square meters and comprises two floors and seven levels. It will house the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Rural Development, MSME Ministry, Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Petroleum, Natural Gas/Department, and the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA) offices.
