External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, during a press conference in Brussels, clarified that the situation is not a conflict between India and Pakistan but a response to terrorism. He emphasized India’s unwavering commitment to zero tolerance for terrorism and resistance to nuclear blackmail. When questioned about the India-Pakistan dynamic, Jaishankar urged a shift in perspective, suggesting the framing of the issue as ‘India-Terroristan’ to better understand it. He highlighted terrorism as a shared international challenge, advocating for strong global cooperation. Furthermore, Jaishankar discussed the global order with EU High Representative Kaja Kallas, including the Ukraine conflict, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and the Indo-Pacific region.
