The 14th Kirtan Samarooh, organized by Shri Shyam Seva Mandal in Parsabad, concluded with immense devotion and enthusiasm. The ceremony commenced with traditional rituals performed by hosts Roshan Chawla and his wife Anu Chawla. Thousands of devotees from Jhumri Tilaiya and Parsabad participated, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere. The event was marked by the presence of former MLA of Barkatha, Jankhi Prasad Yadav. Local and external artists graced the occasion with devotional songs dedicated to Baba Shyam. Following the kirtan, a meeting was held to discuss future events. The Mandal announced that this year’s annual festival will be celebrated on a grand scale. President Joshi Kumar stated that the next kirtan is scheduled for December 28th, with the main annual festival slated for January 19th and 20th. Devotees are eagerly anticipating the arrival of renowned Bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal on January 20th. The main festival events will take place at Block Maidan. A grand procession on January 19th will precede the festival, starting from Addi Bangla and traversing through Station Road, Jhanda Chowk, Purnima Talkies, Maharana Pratap Chowk, and Service Road before reaching Block Maidan. The Shyam Seva Mandal has urged all devotees to participate in large numbers to ensure the success of the festival.
