In Jharkhand, two prominent builders from Ranchi were victims of a daylight robbery, losing ₹50 lakh to criminals. The incident occurred in the Chas Mufassil police station area of Bokaro district. The builders, identified as Abhay Singh and Jai Singh, were en route from Ranchi to Dhanbad when the incident unfolded. A group of individuals, posing as law enforcement officials and traveling in a four-wheeler, signaled the builders to stop their car. After the vehicle came to a halt, the criminals brandished weapons, abducted the builders, and made off with the cash. The victims were later abandoned at a secluded location. Despite attempts by local villagers to intervene, the perpetrators managed to escape. A special investigation team has been formed by the Bokaro district SP to apprehend the culprits.
