Central Coalfields Limited’s (CCL) Rajarappa region recently hosted a workshop focused on ‘Vigilance: Our Collective Responsibility’ as part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025. The event aimed to reinforce ethical practices and transparency within the organization.
Pankaj Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of CCL, was the chief guest and delivered an address emphasizing the importance of honesty and transparency in public life. He highlighted that vigilance is not the sole concern of an individual or department but a shared duty for everyone within the company. The workshop facilitated a valuable exchange of ideas, with the CVO engaging with officials from various sectors and offering crucial guidance on company policies and systems. This initiative is a significant step towards strengthening integrity, accountability, and openness among CCL officials, promoting a culture of responsible conduct across operations.
