A notorious gangster, identified as Tauquir alias Gora, was brutally murdered late Thursday night in Shastri Nagar, Kadma police station area of East Singhbhum. The incident occurred near the mosque on Shastri Nagar Road Number-2, where Tauquir was present. According to eyewitness accounts, two assailants on a motorcycle approached him. They first attacked him with sharp weapons before firing multiple shots at close range. Tauquir collapsed at the scene, bleeding profusely. Locals and family members rushed him to TMH (Tata Main Hospital), where doctors pronounced him dead. Medical examination revealed five bullet wounds on his body.
