This initiative, spearheaded by Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar, aims to streamline the upcoming intensive voter list revision program across the state. The focus is on maximizing the mapping of current voters with the 2003 electoral rolls. This detailed mapping process is crucial, as it will significantly simplify the enumeration form-filling process for a larger number of electors. These directives were issued during an online meeting with Deputy Electoral Officers from various districts, conducted from the Election Hall. Strict adherence to electoral duties is paramount, with any laxity from Booth Level Officers (BLOs) potentially leading to their suspension and replacement. All designated election-related tasks are mandatory for officials at every level, and no negligence will be tolerated.
