Koderma welcomed 100th Foundation Course trainee officers on Monday as part of the Field Study and Research Program organized by the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Deputy Commissioner Rituraj extended a warm welcome to the officers on behalf of the district administration. An introductory meeting was held, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, to brief the trainees. During the session, information was shared about the district’s key schemes, developmental activities, and public welfare programs spearheaded by various departments. This comprehensive overview aims to equip the trainee officers for their effective field study and research endeavors. Officials present provided detailed presentations on the district’s administrative structure, local resources, socio-economic conditions, and the implementation of various projects. The Deputy Commissioner encouraged the trainees to gain practical experience during their field study, highlighting the district’s administrative system and its unique challenges. Several senior officials, including the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-divisional Officer, Additional Collector, District Transport Officer, District Supply Officer, and District Land Acquisition Officer, were in attendance.
