Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Tarlochan Singh Chauhan inaugurated the newly constructed building of the Chaibasa District Bar Association via video conferencing on Tuesday. The foundation stones for the District Bar Bhavan in Khunti and the Sub-Divisional Bar Bhavan in Chandil were also laid during the online event. Senior judges, representatives of the Advocates Association, and local representatives were also present. Chief Minister Hemant Soren stated that the state government is committed to strengthening the judicial system and providing facilities to advocates. He added that the construction of these buildings would expedite the justice process and offer a better working environment for advocates. Chief Justice Chauhan praised the initiative, emphasizing that strong advocate association buildings are the backbone of the judicial system. He expressed hope that these buildings would also provide better opportunities for young advocates. During the program, the officials of the Chaibasa Bar Association expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister and Chief Justice, calling the building construction a historic step.
