The Jharkhand High Court heard a petition challenging the normalization process in the assistant professor recruitment. During the hearing, the High Court directed the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) to reserve 100 posts for para teachers and 14 posts for non-para teachers. The court further instructed the JSSC to present clear guidelines from the commission at the next hearing. The case was heard by a bench of Justice Deepak Roshan. The next and final hearing in this matter has been scheduled for August 5th.
