A shocking incident has emerged from the Lohardaga district of Jharkhand. A husband murdered his wife and buried her body inside a room in their house. He then continued to sleep in the same room. The murder came to light when a foul odor began emanating from the house. Neighbors alerted the local police. During interrogation, the accused husband confessed to the murder.
Raghurao, a resident of Bhithha village in the Bhandara police station area of Lohardaga district, first brutally murdered his wife, Phoolo Uraon. He buried her body in a room in their house and continued sleeping there. The matter came to light when a foul smell started to spread. Suspecting something untoward, local residents informed the police. Upon arrival, the police took Raghurao into custody and interrogated him. He confessed to strangling his wife, Phoolo Uraon, and burying her body in the room.
