A disturbing incident has come to light in the Lohardaga district of Jharkhand. A man murdered his wife and buried her body in a room within their home. He then continued to sleep in the same room. The crime was discovered when a foul smell emanating from the house alerted neighbors, who then informed the local police. During interrogation, the accused husband confessed to the murder.
Raghunath Uraon, a resident of Bhitada village in the Bhandara police station area of Lohardaga district, brutally murdered his wife, Phoolo Uraon. He buried her body inside a room in their house and continued to reside in the same room. The incident came to light when a foul odor started spreading from the house. Raising suspicions of foul play, the local residents reported the matter to the police. Upon arrival, the police took Raghunath Uraon into custody and questioned him. He confessed to strangling his wife, Phoolo Uraon, and burying her body in a room within their house.
