Jharkhand Youth Rally Sets Off From CM’s Birthplace to Demand Fair Recruitment

Today marks the launch of the second phase of the JPSC‑JSSC anti‑corruption recruitment movement, beginning at the home village of Chief Minister Hemant Soren in Ramgarh. Student leader Devendra Nath Mahto announced that the procession will observe local tribal customs, featuring a traditional flag‑hoist, the national anthem sung to a folk tune, and the planting of a sakhuā tree sapling as a symbol of growth and integrity.

The rally will traverse 24 districts, including Chhattisgarh, Giridih, Deoghar, Dumka, Godda, Sahibganj, Pakur, and many others, before concluding in Ranchi. The purpose is to raise public consciousness among aspirants about the importance of transparent, accountable hiring procedures.

A dedicated legal team will accompany the march, offering counsel to candidates who wish to intervene in court cases linked to recruitment irregularities. This support is intended to empower affected individuals to pursue legal remedies in a structured manner.

The organizers emphasize that the entire campaign will remain peaceful, constitutional, and free from any form of violence or law‑breaking, focusing exclusively on democratic engagement with the government and recruiting agencies.
