The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) will release the results for the mathematics and science portions of the Preliminary School Trained Assistant Acharya Joint Competitive Examination in the second week of July. Results for social science are expected in the third or fourth week of July. This information was presented in an affidavit filed by the JSSC in the Jharkhand High Court. During a previous hearing, a division bench comprising Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao and Justice Rajesh Shankar expressed dissatisfaction with the progress report of the examination and instructed the JSSC to file an affidavit with a specified timeframe. A public interest litigation was filed by the renowned economist Jean Dreze.
