A placement training program was organized for the trainees of the 2023-2025 session at the Aviram College of Education, Tiko Kudu, within the college premises. The program was conducted by Shiv Shankar of the Placement Cell. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the guests. Representatives from prestigious schools in the area were present for the placement discussions. Principals and representatives from various schools participated, including Principal Siven Evenglin Ekka from Oxbridge School Hirhi, School Secretary Mo Taufiq, Shabnam and Pooja from Aviram School of Excellence, Principal Amit Kumar, teachers Rahul and Martha Lakra from Sacred Knowledge Public School, Ravindra Oraon from Spring Dale Public School, Asrita and Saurabh from Aviram Academy Maradih, and Swati Kumari and Babli Kumari from SD English Medium School, who conducted interviews of the trainees. During the training, the trainees demonstrated confidence, knowledge, and logical reasoning skills. College Principal Dr. Pratima Tripathi stated that placement programs are conducted on campus every year to provide students with opportunities to understand employment and the interview process. The guests encouraged the trainees preparing for the interviews and provided tips for improvement. Attendees included Pankaj, Renuka, Mamta, Pawan, Kundan, Sandeep, Dolly, Aarti, and many others.
