The 27th meeting of the Eastern Zonal Council is scheduled to be held in Ranchi on July 10, 2025. District administration has initiated preparations for the successful conduct of this significant meeting. A review meeting was held on Saturday, presided over by Ranchi’s Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate, Manjunath Bhajantri. The Deputy Commissioner provided necessary guidelines to senior officials of all committees regarding their work and responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of the meeting for Ranchi’s prestige. He directed all committees to start working immediately and stressed the need for a well-coordinated approach across all departments, including security, traffic management, hospitality, accommodation, and transportation. Regular reviews and monitoring of progress are also mandated to ensure the seamless execution of all arrangements.
