The victim, Radheshyam Sahu, a dealer in iron rods and cement, was standing near his shop, Shambhavi Enterprises, when two bike-borne assailants opened fire. The brazen attack caused panic among locals. Radheshyam Sahu was immediately rushed to the hospital by police with the assistance of onlookers.
