The Shravani Mela, a significant annual event in Deoghar, is set to begin on July 10th. The inauguration ceremony will take place at Dumma on the Jharkhand border, starting at 10:30 AM. Ministers Sudivya Kumar, Deepika Pandey Singh, and Sanjay Prasad Yadav will grace the occasion as chief guests. Also attending as special guests will be Minister Hafizul Hasan, MP Nishikant Dubey, and MLAs Nalini Soren, Suresh Paswan, Uday Shankar, Devendra Kunwar, and District Council President Kiran Kumari. The Deoghar district administration has finalized all preparations for the Mela, ensuring the comfort and safety of the pilgrims. Comprehensive arrangements have been made to manage the crowds and maintain order. Security measures have also been implemented. Minister Sudivya Kumar had previously reviewed the Mela preparations. Moreover, Health Minister Irfan Ansari held a review meeting with officials on July 8th, providing necessary guidelines to prioritize the convenience of the devotees.
