Teenage Couple in Jharkhand Dies by Suicide After Phone Argument

In Gumla district, Jharkhand, a tragic incident unfolded as a teenage couple took their own lives following a disagreement. The boy, a 16-year-old studying in the 10th grade, and his girlfriend, a 14-year-old in the 8th grade at the same school, were involved in a romantic relationship. On Friday, a dispute arose between them while they were talking on the phone. The argument escalated to the point where the girl first committed suicide by hanging herself at her home. Shockingly, within hours of this event, the boy also took his own life. Upon discovery, the couple was rushed to the community health center in Bishunpur, where they were declared dead. Police have taken custody of the bodies and sent them for post-mortem examination. The incident has caused shockwaves in the area and is under investigation.
