A shocking incident unfolded in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, where traffic policemen were brutally assaulted by auto-rickshaw drivers in broad daylight. The incident occurred at the Kathal Mod area under the Nagri police station limits. A video of the assault has gone viral on social media, showing the drivers attacking the officers. Reportedly, the auto drivers attacked the traffic police with stones, resulting in serious injuries to one officer, identified as Rohit Ganjhu, who sustained a head injury. He was immediately rushed to RIMS Hospital in Ranchi for medical treatment. Police are conducting raids to apprehend the perpetrators, and the Ranchi Traffic SP has vowed to take strict action against those involved.
