A triple murder has occurred in the Sahibganj district of Jharkhand, stemming from a land dispute. The incident has created an atmosphere of fear in the village. The gruesome triple murder took place in Dudhkol village, under the Taljhari police station area of Sahibganj district. A long-standing dispute over land ownership existed between the families of Bajal Hembram and Noha Murmu, residents of the village. This land dispute escalated into violence on Wednesday. Bajal Hembram, in a fit of rage, crossed all limits of cruelty, attacking his own relatives, the elderly woman Noha Besra, her daughter Badki Murmu, and her son-in-law Nathaniel Hansda, with sharp weapons and iron rods, killing them.
After committing the triple murder, the accused went to the Taljhari police station and informed the police about his crime. After arresting the accused, the police reached Dudhkol village, where the three bodies were found. The police took all three bodies into custody and sent them to the hospital for a post-mortem. An investigation into the matter has also been initiated. The iron rod used in the incident has also been seized.
