A tragic road accident in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, claimed the lives of two young men, leaving two families devastated. The incident occurred on the Rajganj Six Lane, resulting in the deaths of Sahil Krishnani, the 24-year-old son of Vishal Krishnani, owner of the Raymond showroom in Dhanbad, and Anmol, the 25-year-old son of Haridayal Singh, the owner of a motor parts shop in Matkuria Chamber. The victims were trapped inside their vehicle after the accident.
The I-20 car, with registration number JH 10 CT 0014, was traveling from Barwa Adda towards Rajganj when it reportedly veered out of control. The car overturned, rolling over the median and crashing onto the approach road. Sahil and Anmol were trapped inside the vehicle. Police, including Rajganj’s patrolling unit, arrived at the scene and initiated rescue operations despite heavy rain. A crane from NHAI was called in to upright the car and extract the bodies. The bodies were then sent to Dhanbad SNMCH for further procedures. The exact cause of the accident remains under investigation, with questions arising about how the car lost control. It is also unclear whether other vehicles were involved. Reports suggest the young men were on their way to a popular restaurant near Topchanchi when the accident occurred, but no official statements have been released by the families.
