During an event in Vrindavan, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that if Lord Ram could smile in Ayodhya, then there should be no issue with Lord Krishna smiling as well. This statement has been linked to the ongoing Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute in Mathura. CM Yadav made these remarks at the concluding ceremony of a Bhagwat Katha held at Keshav Dham in Vrindavan. The event was organized by Cabinet Minister Rakesh Sharma to commemorate the success of Operation Sindoor and to pay tribute to martyrs. CM Yadav’s comments were interpreted by many as a veiled reference to the legal battle surrounding the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid case.
