After the rainy season, a wild buffalo will be brought from Assam to Madhya Pradesh. Kanha Tiger Reserve will be the new home of wild buffalo. The Wildlife Institute of India Dehradun has completed the study regarding the restoration of wild buffaloes. In the report, Kanha Tiger Reserve is considered suitable for wild buffaloes.
