The contractor said that the Health Inspector Meena was constantly stopping the shortcomings in the bill and preventing it from passing it. Meena demanded a bribe of one lakh rupees to pass the bill, which was later fixed at 75 thousand rupees. The CBI took action in a planned manner and arrested the Health Inspector taking bribe.
