Kamal Verma, Gwalior. A moneylender in the city was shot dead by unknown bike riding miscreants. Unknown crooks escaped from the spot after hitting three to four bullets. The incident took place outside the deceased’s office. The deceased used to run money in interest. The police suspect that the murder has been done due to money transactions. The police have registered a case of murder against unknown miscreants and started searching.
Actually, Dinesh Srivas of Garmi in district Bhind came to Gwalior three years ago. A business of interest was started by taking a rented house in Banshipura of Murar police station area. He used to pay people money on thick interest. His business went so much that just a few months ago he had built his own house in DD Nagar. He was running a business of interest from a rented office in Banshipura. On Sunday, his entire family went to the wedding ceremony. Dinesh was preparing to close the office when two-three youths came by bike and called him out to talk. As soon as he came out, the miscreants shot him. A bullet hit his head and fell on the road. The miscreants fired two to three bullets on him and escaped from the spot.
