Investigation Links Mahadev Betting App to Dubai Property Purchases

Probes conducted by the CBI have uncovered a financial trail connecting the Mahadev betting application to high‑value real‑estate acquisitions in Dubai. According to the agency’s findings, funds generated from illegal online gambling were systematically siphoned and invested in property abroad.

Abhishek Kumar, identified as a key orchestrator, facilitated the flow of money by overseeing the betting panel and ensuring that the proceeds were funneled to offshore accounts used for property purchases. The probe also highlighted the involvement of other senior operatives such as Saurabh Chandrakar and Shubham Sony.

The evidence collected during Kumar’s arrest, including transaction records and communication logs, strengthens the case that the betting network operated as a sophisticated money‑laundering apparatus spanning India and the United Arab Emirates.
