Maulana Arshad Madani, through a post on social media platform X, said that Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind will engage the country’s top criminal lawyers to pursue justice in the Malegaon 2008 bomb blast case.
He further stated that the Bombay High Court has accepted the hearing of the victims’ petition and issued notices to all the accused, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Colonel Purohit, and the NIA. The next hearing is scheduled to take place in 6 weeks.
