A young man suffered severe injuries, including broken legs, after posting on social media and creating a video criticizing a BJP MLA. The attack, carried out by masked individuals, has led to a police case against the MLA, Arjun Lal Jingar, and unidentified others. The victim, identified as Suraj Mali, reported the assault, alleging that it stemmed from his criticisms regarding the MLA’s unfulfilled promise to provide water to the Raj Rajeshwar pond in Kapasan for the past decade. The attack occurred near Goraji Ka Nimbaheda, where the assailants ambushed Mali, inflicting injuries with sticks and iron rods. Mali was initially taken to a local hospital and later transferred to hospitals in Chittorgarh and Udaipur for further treatment. The police are investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made yet.
