Multiple locations in Hyderabad swept by ACB in probe of alleged disproportionate assets

The Anti‑Corruption Bureau’s operation on September 22 covered a total of 13 sites spread over three districts, focusing on the assets of Dr. N Lakshmi Bhaskar, the additional superintendent of NIMS. Search teams examined the Kalpataru Residency in Musarpet as well as several other properties owned by the doctor and his family in Hyderabad. Investigators claim that the wealth accumulated by Dr. Bhaskar does not align with his known sources of income, prompting a detailed inquiry into possible disproportionate assets. The ACB has indicated that a comprehensive report on the findings will be released later in the day.
