Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the centenary celebrations of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Wednesday. The event took place at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi, commencing at 10:30 AM. As a special gesture, the Prime Minister unveiled a commemorative coin and a postage stamp to honor the RSS’s contributions to the nation. Prior to the event, during his monthly radio address, Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi praised the RSS’s 100-year journey, calling it “amazing, unprecedented, and inspiring.” He also noted the significance of this year’s Vijayadashami, which coincides with the organization’s centenary. The RSS was founded in 1925 by Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar in Nagpur.
